# Review of Plans A–D and implementation boundary

20 October 2026. The duplicate Plan B upload is identical to the first. The supplied
plans remain source proposals; the corrected documents in this release supersede their
implementation recommendations. A focused primary-source audit was performed, not an
exhaustive verification of every link or a legal opinion.

| Plan | Implemented now | Corrections and remaining work |
|---|---|---|
| A — identity/publication | Versioned research packet, citation metadata, CODECHECK author manifest, review status and deposit instructions | No fabricated account/DOI; exact-version citation; current arXiv endorsement rules; authenticated publication and external review remain |
| B — measured benchmarks | Original PanTHERIA data, 573-species analysis, provenance, exclusions, disjoint-family holdout, 2,000 cluster resamples, error/split sensitivities, figures | Primary hinge screen fails; not universal validation; acoustic low-ka design and templates ready, physical measurements absent |
| C — elastomer experiment | Corrected pilot protocol, signed/exact stiffness utility, power sensitivity, data templates | Damping/fixture effects, phase-calibrated acquisition, thermal/probe controls, independent specimens, material/power decisions still need pilot |
| D — replication partners | Scalar analytic/ODE verification, scoped replication checklist, draft review request, verified potential-contact roles | No full paper-figure reproduction, no equivalence/learning overclaim, no established partners or messages sent |

The first actual-data benchmark is retrospective and may reuse earlier literature
measurements. Keep synthetic checks as verification fixtures alongside it; replacing
them all would remove useful numerical controls. Original published data belong to
their source authors. Maintain model lineage: browser model 0.2, oscillator candidate
M03-D, softening null E01-S, and frequency pilot E02-F are distinct.

Other proposed domains (galaxy homogeneity and urban scaling) are deferred until a
precise observable, data license and comparison are specified. A smooth crossover is
not automatically a sharp hinge; not every urban breakpoint is necessarily an artifact.
Tail-distribution exponents and conditional metabolic regressions require different
statistical models. No arbitrary count of citations, domains or contacts establishes
scientific credibility.
