Prepared 20 October 2026. Not uploaded to the live host by this process.

THIS ZIP IS FLAT. It opens directly to index.php, assets/, downloads/, private/,
.htaccess and .user.ini. There is no public_html/ or public/ wrapping folder.
Upload and extract its contents INSIDE the domain's configured public document
root (your public folder). Include hidden files. The ZIP cannot choose a hosting
folder itself; confirm the selected extraction destination before extracting.

Keep a backup and preserve host-specific private/config.php and mail settings.
The site requires PHP with Apache-compatible routing. Retain the private-directory
HTTP protections in .htaccess. Keep the deployment ZIP outside the served directory
after extraction; use the research-only ZIP for public research distribution.

Before upload, open version.txt inside it. Expect exactly:

HOW TO TELL THE WEBSITE UPDATED
After extraction, visit:

Expect the same version and build. The page footer says Release 0.7.0.
The homepage flagship says "Can a calibrated model predict a new specimen?"
Visit /projects/readout-test/ for the predictive protocol and reference figure.

IF AN OLD VERSION STILL APPEARS
1. Old version.txt inside the ZIP: select the new 0.7.0 download, not an old ZIP.
2. New ZIP, old live version.txt: check the domain document root, extraction
   destination, actual overwritten file and host/CDN cache.
3. New live version.txt, old page: purge page cache and hard-refresh the browser.
Server configuration controls whether supplied cache headers are honored.

Google Analytics G-1ESB3QPQ6B is retained in the shared HTML head. Test the live
contact form and host-specific behavior after deployment; local checks do not
send email or establish that the live host serves this package.
