NetPhysics research release 0.4.0 license scope

Python and JavaScript research source files distributed in this release are
licensed under the accompanying MIT License, to the extent of rights held by
Christopher Hill. Original NetPhysics research prose, synthetic example data,
and numerical outputs in this release are licensed CC BY 4.0:

Excluded: names, logos and other trademark rights; private messages; the full

Rivera-Sierra and Bisquert data retain their source CC BY 4.0 terms and separate
attribution. Do not describe these data as NetPhysics measurements. Quoted
source metadata is not a grant of rights in the underlying papers.

This grant applies to the stated files in edition 0.4.0; earlier archived
packages are retained unchanged, with their original notices.
