METHODOLOGICAL INFORMATION
-----------------------
Data processing methods: The datasets were processed and analyzed using Wolfram Mathematica and, where indicated, MATLAB. Mathematica notebooks were employed to implement the quasi-linear memristor model, perform analytical derivations, and generate figures of hysteresis, potentiation dynamics, and paired-pulse facilitation. MATLAB scripts were used to apply recurrence relations and convergence rules for potentiation analysis. Experimental measurements are provided as spreadsheets (.xlsx) and raw data files (.csv), which can be directly visualized or imported into standard analysis software.

Software or instruments needed to interpret the data: – Wolfram Mathematica 9.0 or later is required to open and run the .nb (Wolfram Notebook) files.
							– MATLAB (R2015 or later) is needed to execute the .m script.
							– Excel or any spreadsheet program can be used to read the .xlsx files.
							– The .csv files can be opened with any text editor, spreadsheet software, or data analysis environment (e.g., Python, R, MATLAB).

File list:

	File name: figs synapse.nb
Description: Wolfram Mathematica notebook containing raw and processed data for figures related to hysteresis, time-domain response, and synaptic plasticity in memristive devices. The file also implements the quasi-linear memristor model and includes analytical routines used to generate the main figures of the manuscript.

	File name: Potenciacion_ConvRules.m
Description: MATLAB script with recurrence relations and convergence rules applied to potentiation experiments. Provides both raw implementation and processed outputs used to reproduce the convergence analysis in the article.

	File name: Fig_4c.xlsx
Description: Excel sheet with raw and processed data of experimental potentiation in a nanofluidic memristor under pulse trains. Includes side-by-side measured currents and theoretical convergence values for direct comparison with Figure 4c.

	File name: Fig_S1.xlsx
Description: Excel dataset with supplementary raw values and processed fits corresponding to Supporting Information Figure S1.

	File name: PPF_6a.csv
