Pulse predictions from published parameters

A reproducible source audit, a measured comparison and explicit unresolved discrepancies.

Published parameters now have a reproducible calculation

Table S1 has been retrieved and implemented for four voltage-specific calibrations. The analytic pulse recurrence agrees with numerical integration of the same scalar ODE to 1.92 × 10⁻¹² in state. That is a numerical check, not independent validation or a new physical law.

Conditional calculation: ideal 2 ms on / 2 ms off, internal voltage equal to applied voltage, no capacitive current, initial equilibrium. Last sampled points precede ideal endpoints. The full eleven-pulse trajectories disagree more at early times. This post-inspection comparison is descriptive; it supplies no uncertainty interval or replication pass.

Ideal source-parameter pulse predictions and measured pulse endpoints at 2 through 5 volts; early dynamics disagree.
Source measurements: Rivera-Sierra and Bisquert, Zenodo 17159696 v2, CC BY 4.0. Original NetPhysics calculation; no fit to these points.

All 1,330 rows and five traces remain available. Table S1 has no 1 V parameter set, so none is invented. Eleven pulses within a trace are correlated observations. Four voltages do not constitute four independent replications.

Figure 3 requires clarification

The caption gives τoff = 0.97 ms and τon = 0.98 s, while identifying the model as Figure 1’s. Figure 1’s rate function bounds τ at 1 ms. The panels also label time in ms while the caption lists pulse durations in seconds. These are unresolved specification differences; no silent unit correction is made.

Missing fitted objects, timing/observation assumptions and full-circuit reproduction remain open. Source-author clarification and independent review are separate. No outreach, submission or external review is recorded.
