Synthetic model / Not a cuprate simulation

Change the arrangement.
Measure the consequence.

Rotate boundary bands, introduce gaps and change their conductivity. The response is calculated from a steady conduction equation.

This is an ordinary, positive-conductivity model. It does not model superconductivity, quantum coherence, transition temperature or the measured LESCO specimen.

Geometry · amber = selected band; green = host.

64 × 64 cells; left potential 1, right 0; top and bottom insulating. Current colors rescale to the maximum of each case; use the numerical conductance for comparisons. Arrows show direction, not magnitude. Fine boundaries are grid-dependent.

What should you try?

Compare “Across current” with “Along current.” Both presets use the same band fraction and conductivity, but arrangement changes the total conductance. Then introduce gaps. The model makes these consequences inspectable; it does not identify which conductivity a real boundary has.
